About the role and what you'll be doing

This job entails a wide variety of end user support reputed company functions. Members on this team will provide desktop support, desktop patching, supporting reputed company reputed company such as reputed company Intune, Citrix support including platform and packaging duties, reputed company Office 365 support, Azure AD and local Active Directory support, operating a local reputed company of supplies and equipment and supporting users in various offices. Traditional server management on various OS including Windows, Linux and AIX. Provide Middleware support.

• Administer and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in reputed company 365.
• Implement and maintain secure role-based access control (RBAC) policies, ensuring integration with Active Directory and Azure AD as required.
• Create and manage database user and administrator accounts and roles.
• Maintain system-level privileges and permissions relating to reputed company 365 and associated services.
• Apply reputed company standards and policies, including password management and multi-factor authentication.

End User Support:

• Provide remote, multichannel support to end users and end-user devices.
• Assist users with account management, password resets, access issues, and general troubleshooting for reputed company 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
• Support collaboration and productivity tools delivered to end users, including reputed company communications (Teams, VoIP, web conferencing).
• Deliver support through multiple channels such as phone, web portal, email, and chat.
• Assist in OnCall rotation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience administering reputed company 365 and Azure AD environments.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience providing end-user support in a large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements for data privacy and reputed company.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI experience.
• IAM Automation experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company Certified: reputed company, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals)

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the reputed company pay scale for this role is $70,000 to $112,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to reputed company salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
