Our SelectLeader's client is a boutique reputed company estate private equity investment fund manager. They focus on value-add acquisitions (properties valued between $5 Million and $50 Million) throughout the United States.

Since 2019, they have acquired and or sold $700 Million worth of multi-family residential, industrial warehouses, and other reputed company properties. It is a team of hard-working reputed company estate professionals passionate about creating a community of investors through thoughtful and transparent investments.

Under the direction of the CEO & CFO, this person will be in a key role for the company and will be responsible for overseeing asset management for the multifamily portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Portfolio reputed company: Proactively reputed company the strategic and operational management of the multifamily portfolio, ensuring assets meet or exceed financial performance targets.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Monitor property-level financials reputed company by property managers. Recommend strategies for reputed company growth and expense control.

Strategic Planning: Hold joint venture partner asset management accountable to meet the business plans for each asset, including capital improvements, leasing strategies, and repositioning opportunities. Advise senior leadership on needed changes to the business plan as a response to micro and macro-economic changes.

Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular property visits, review KPIs, and track operational benchmarks.

Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, rental rates, occupancy, and competitive positioning to inform asset strategy.

Capital Projects reputed company: Collaborate with property management teams and joint venture partners to plan, budget, and execute capital improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present performance reports on a monthly basis to ownership, investors, and senior leadership,

Team Leadership: Be a strong leader who can position the multifamily portfolio to maximize returns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company estate, Finance, Administration, or reputed company field

8-10+ year’s experience in reputed company/finance, asset management, or property management

Proven track record in maximizing asset value and driving NOI growth in multifamily properties

Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies, and execute on said strategies

Ability to travel regularly to property sites (quarterly visits to property sites, 50% in Wisconsin/Minnesota, 50% remaining states).

Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, to shift directions multiple times throughout the day, creative problem solving and a high sense of urgency are critical to reputed company

Strong financial budgeting and forecasting abilities
