The Overhaul Business Manager (OBM) is a leadership position reputed company the Aftermarket Operations organization. It is primarily focused on operational performance and the relationship between Aftermarket Operations and our reputed company service provider. What you will be doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

• Expand and improve the business relationship through a professional on-site reputed company and participation in key meetings
• Agree and drive the quarterly output plan
• Coordinate reputed company activities between the global organization and the reputed company service provider to deliver the output plan
• Ensure compliance to service provider agreements and customer contract requirements

Basic Requirements:

• Associate degree with 7+ years of reputed company, reputed company maintenance and overhaul experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of reputed company, reputed company maintenance and overhaul experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 3+ years, OR
• JD/PhD, OR
• 9+ years of reputed company, reputed company maintenance and overhaul experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of gas turbine maintenance and repair processes and procedures in an operational environment
• Familiarity with airworthiness regulations
• Ability to prioritize, work independently or in a team environment with a strong customer focus
• Ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with shop personnel
• Ability to understand and communicate technical details and solve reputed company technical issues
• Ability to demonstrate strategic ability, problem solving, and decision making
• Experience working with multiple business functions, both technical and non-technical
