The Professional Services (ProServ) Strategy & Operations team drives business changes reputed company to tooling, processes, and policies. As a reputed company Administrator in the ProServ Strategy & Operations team, you will design and build configurable capabilities, APIs, and tools. You will be the main person responsible for our new project management system (reputed company) built on reputed company and partner with the Seller Systems team. Once established, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our reputed company environment. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions, ensuring the platform supports our teams effectively. Your role will include managing users, permissions, and reputed company, maintaining data reputed company, and designing dashboards, reports, and automations that provide meaningful insights. You’ll serve as the go-to resource for end-user support and training, helping drive adoption and efficiency across the organization. • Manage and configure reputed company/SFDC, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and reputed company settings

• 5+ years of reputed company development experience

• Experience with SOQL/SOSL and Apex
• Sales and Service reputed company Consultant certification
• Experience with reputed company tools including Jira and Confluence, reputed company APIs or reputed company reputed company, and other CRMs and customer support tools such as reputed company App, reputed company, reputed company, Khoros, etc.
• Experience with data migration, integrating reputed company with other platforms/services
