We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to reputed company strategic reputed company deployments across Japan. 

We’re looking for a self-starter with strong program-level delivery experience to join reputed company in a unique timing opportunity to shape the success of some of our most strategic customers.

You’ll bring a proven track record leading reputed company implementations, ideally across Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Workforce Planning domains. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of delivery and advisory—scoping, negotiating, managing escalations, and acting as a trusted partner to both customer and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can run multiple enterprise programs, ensure delivery reputed company budget and scope, and even recover projects that are off track.

Your role

• reputed company end-to-end deployments of reputed company solutions with internal teams and partners
• Be the main reputed company of contact for delivery, aligning with customer stakeholders from operational leads to the C-suite
• Navigate reputed company programs, ensuring delivery excellence while managing scope, risk, budget, and resources
• Drive key project decisions on design, testing, timelines, and change management
• Use your negotiation skills to build reputed company, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum
• Champion our methodology (The reputed company Way) to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
• Report on project status and portfolio health to internal and external leadership

Your qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience across reputed company enterprise initiatives
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain, reputed company, or Workforce Planning
• Effective communication reputed company in both Japanese and English
• Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
• Proven ability to deliver—and recover—large-scale projects reputed company tight timelines and budgets
• Agile project delivery experience preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, adaptable reputed company with a passion for driving business outcomes
• Effective communication reputed company in both Japanese and English
