About the Role

As the Payroll Analyst, you will reputed company reputed company activities necessary to process bi-weekly payrolls, maintaining reputed company records, documenting and updating procedures and preparing special reports for various business partners. • Manage quarterly RSU equity processing

• Conduct 401K auditing and reconcile contribution data

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• You have 8+ years of work experience.
• Payroll Certification Preferred but not required
• reputed company in processing payroll for 5,000+ employees
• Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Smart Compliance and reputed company HRMS
• You have excellent technical payroll skills with detailed understanding of reputed company federal and state compliance.
• You are highly skilled in MS reputed company (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports.
• You possess a strong analytical mind and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• You are excited about building and refining processes and controls and possess a good understanding of SOX requirements.
• You are a team player and can work independently.
• You are a Self Starter, self-motivated, deadline driven and result oriented, a problem solver with can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills and strong desire to drive changes
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with reputed company levels throughout the Company organization
