Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge in the use of surgical robotics
- Strong solution selling skills
- Ability to build a team of advocates reputed company each hospital
- Tenacity to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis
- Ability to build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci Surgery
- Proven successful project management
- Proven successful track record in capital medical equipment sales
- Proven track record of high performance and collaboration in various sales roles
- Strong Account Management and Value Selling
- Demonstrate collaborative leadership and influence management
- Foster creative solutions and idea sharing for common problems
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Fluent in English and Norwegian required
