• 10+ years of experience as an reputed company product manager with a proven track record of delivering impact; also experience managing a team.
• Capital markets fintech experience covering treasury solutions for large corporations or custody solutions for large reputed company banks. 
• Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle.
• Experience with the reputed company sales cycle and coordinating activities with reputed company sales teams.
• Technical background (e.g. engineering degree or technical work experience); can engage with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Comfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment reputed company a growing startup.
• Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying reputed company technical concepts.
