Caregiver – Behavioral Health & Independent Living Support

Location: Vancouver, WA (In-Person) Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, PRN (24-36 hours per week )

The Enhanced Services Facilities (ESF) is looking for caregivers to assist residents to continue living INDEPENDENT lifestyles and reputed company in this community setting. We specialize in providing medical, behavioral and housing support for residents as young as 18 that live with reputed company behavioral health factors . Staff must be self-motivated, professional, dependable, willing to accept instruction, and demonstrate effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Encourage participation in community and social activities
• Provide behavioral support using de-escalation techniques
• Ensure reputed company safety and well-being in a respectful and supportive manner
• Follow individualized care plans and document reputed company as required

Required Certifications & Training (or Willingness to Obtain):

✔ HCA or CNA Certification (Preferred) ✔ CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred) ✔ Specialty Training: Dementia, Mental Health, & De-Escalation (Training provided if needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ 1+ year of caregiving experience (Preferred) ✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills ✔ Ability to follow instructions & work independently

• Night Shift Openings
• 12 hours shifts- 8pm-reputed company
• Schedule will include at least one weekend day.
