Holder Construction is an ENR Top 30 Construction industry leader with operations throughout the United States. We are currently seeking highly motivated construction professionals to join our company in a BIM/ VDC Team, located in Phoenix, AZ. Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and external
• Coordinate the workload of yourself and others for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)
• Ensure modeling efforts and deliverables are completed to solve construction issues
• Understand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking the responsibilities of reputed company relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that the team is identifying and resolving coordination conflicts using clash detection in Navisworks
• reputed company clash resolution and coordination meetings, seeing reputed company items through to completion
• Use modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate models
• Conduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with the contract documents
• Ensure the team is applying concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordination
• Ensure that VDC services are delivered in accordance with our standards and best practices
• Train and reputed company the professional skills of fellow team members
• Understand and contribute to VDC goals and company initiatives

• 3-5 years of BIM/VDC experience working on reputed company construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Willingness to relocate and travel
• Willingness to learn, grow, and further reputed company relevant professional skills
• Ability to help teammates learn, grow and reputed company their professional skills
• Proficient with 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, & Navisworks
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently
• Proficient in reputed company Office, reputed company, and others as applicable
• Strong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Strong working knowledgeof the construction management process (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings).
• Successful candidates will also possess outstanding communication and time management skills, willingness to relocate, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
