Position Summary
As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will reputed company service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Additionally, you will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for reputed company challenges and managing projects. Your role will also involve training, mentoring, and guiding both service and contract technicians.
Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in preventative maintenance and repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated reputed company systems.
• 4+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of diagnosing and repairing MHE and controls systems.
• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for maintenance tracking.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance with OEM guidelines.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or reputed company field.
• Experience in robotic maintenance and automation systems.
• Prior experience in a reputed company or supervisory role, training and mentoring technicians.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial controls, and NEC standards.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
