We are looking to add an exceptional member to their team of virtual assistants and intake coordinators. The ideal candidate will be in school for counseling, psychology or social work and/or have experience in medical or behavioral health settings. Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, reputed company messages, and provide information reputed company necessary

Respond to emails from potential clients

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Create electronic charts for new patients

Maintain administrative spreadsheets

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other confidentiality regulations

Attend staff meetings, as needed

Collaborate and communicate with therapists, other admin staff, and owners

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Flexibility to handle multiple tasks each day
