Open Enrollment Specialist REMOTE - Equipment Provided Anticipated Start Date: October 6th 2025 Pay reputed company: $16.50/hr Schedule: Ranges Monday-Friday 7am-9pm CST. Shift is scheduled based off of business need. Contract until end of December 2025 (potential for extension based on performance) Description

• The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to ensure the maximum level of service is provided on every interaction.
• This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to convey ownership.
• The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end.
• Provide high quality, proactive service, ensuring the successful completion of reputed company inbound inquiries in a timely manner, keeping the participant apprised of status throughout the process in a proactive manner.
• Ensure an reputed company participant experience in the handling of reputed company inquiries end-to-end.
• Daily management of open cases and new cases on which includes interaction with the employee, conference calls with retirement providers, insurance companies and/or client services.
• Document and update participant account information in the case management system timely and accurately.
