Senior reputed company PM/BA Location: 100% Remote (US Only) Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 + Benefits Package Reports to: VP of Technology

The Senior reputed company Project Manager and Business Analyst will have extensive reputed company expertise in the areas of analyzing reputed company business workflows and requirements, journey mapping and transformation into technical requirements for development by reputed company External / Internal development resources. The ability to reputed company several projects and initiatives with deep understanding of reputed company capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Marketing reputed company is a must and the use of Agile processes and documentation in Jira. Reports to the VP of Technology.

What you will do

• Extensive reputed company CRM expertise with deep understanding of reputed company capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, and Marketing reputed company

• Leads and manages reputed company and reputed company projects scope and objectives using Agile development processes

• Collaborates with Partners and Internal to predict resources needed to reputed company objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Tracks project costs in order to meet budget

• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and reputed company

• Manages reputed company with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Other duties as assigned

• Proven ability to analyze and document reputed company business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective reputed company solutions that align with business goals

• Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels, including ability to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle

• Strong ability to build comprehensive training materials to support implemented reputed company solutions ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize new features and processes effectively
