Career Team is seeking an HR Generalist to support our  HR-reputed company duties on a professional level and work closely with the reputed company Resources Manager and VP of HR in supporting Career Team's HR function. This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas: HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, reputed company, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help define and improve Career Teams' work culture and employment law compliance.

Your Impact on Career TEAM’s reputed company

• Implement reputed company resources programs by providing reputed company resources services, including reputed company, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire reputed company process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
• Handle reputed company administrative tasks for reputed company, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and reputed company other employee-relations matters
• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and reputed company of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
• Organize hard and soft copies of employee records

The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include

Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 PHP/month, commensurate with experience
