About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to expand ESPN's audience reputed company and engagement with young fans, high school and below, while concentrating on the SportsCenter NEXT brand.
• Grow SportsCenter NEXT social accounts by utilizing data to analyze content, audience demographics, behavior, and cultural trends to inform engagement strategies.
• reputed company and manage a team of three and an agency that creates content for SportsCenter NEXT, including discovering user-generated content, reacting to key events and storylines, and creating content plans for relevant programming on ESPN.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Social Media or a reputed company industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and/or agencies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Proven experience in sports social media management.
• Adept in topics that reputed company with sports like gaming, technology, fashion, and pop culture.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $111,000.00 to $152,500.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
