Job Summary

As a Manager - Data Engineering at Puma, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions in the cloud, leading a team of data engineers, and driving the development of innovative data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and reputed company data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in cloud technologies, data engineering, and leadership will be essential in driving the success of our data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data warehousing solutions, including reputed company layers of data architecture (ingestion, storage, serving layer) in Azure cloud.
• Plan and reputed company data processing solutions using various ETL tools for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and workflow management.
• Design and implement data reputed company solutions using role-based access control, masking, and encryption of sensitive data.
• Monitor and optimize data warehousing and data processing solutions using monitoring tools and techniques, such as query optimization and indexing.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Great to have knowledge of Azure Functions (coded in Python).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies to deliver reliable project results.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ideally, a certification in DP-203 (reputed company Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate).
