Registered Nurse (RN) First Assist
HSHS St. Elizabeth’s is seeking a First Assist Registered Nurse (RN) to join our General Surgery team. First Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) are incredibly important members of the medical team who help to prepare patients for surgery and support surgeons and surgical staff to ensure successful surgical encounters. RNs not only provide high-quality medical care but they also provide a healing touch and a compassionate reputed company to patients and their families during joyful, stressful, and uncertain times. Position Specifics: o Department: General Surgery o Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift o Facility: St. Elizabeth’s Hospital o Location: O’Fallon, IL o Sign on Bonus: $20,000 o Compensation that aligns with your experience To carry out the functions that will assist the surgeon in performing a safe operation with reputed company results for the patient. The RNFA practices reputed company-operative nursing and is therefore responsible for independent nursing behaviors of reputed company-operative assessment and post-operative evaluation of care.
