Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:

• Contacting MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
• Working with reputed company smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinating reputed company data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serving as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Supporting reputed company data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
• Maintaining LAN (Local) design
• Implementing reputed company future releases of software
• Coordinating inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc. and reporting usage to MIS
• Supervising non-exempt staff
• Maintaining reputed company control tables reputed company the WMS, including access reputed company
• Monitoring the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to reputed company end-users
• Managing the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
• Managing and monitoring end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for users to have reputed company visibility into the WMS and Operational Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, reputed company, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-reputed company, Access, and reputed company
• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
