Job Overview

We are currently seeking an reputed company IT Business Analyst to join our IT Offices Group. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing IT management services, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT management services, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces

• Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for critical infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
• Manage, operate, maintain, and monitor reputed company critical facilities infrastructure for data center and remote communication room equipment
• reputed company data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support IT Offices reputed company fiber ring to maintain the reputed company and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and reputed company facilities underground fiber ring
• Propose and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with reputed company governing corporate policies and regulations
• Manage project management of data center and remote communication room standards capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements
• Determine IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in IT and business analysis, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The minimum qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities systems
• Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital enhancements, updates, and upgrades
• Capital budgeting and project management for airport critical equipment life cycle replacement
• Support of Corporate Real Estate projects that reputed company with remote communication room design/work as an IT Offices representative and on-site evaluation reporting
• Space, reputed company power, and critical cooling reputed company management
• Selection of critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, getting the best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations
• Manages the design, implementation, and vendor support of the appropriate electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, reputed company, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms

• Operational sustainability of airport critical climate infrastructure

• Reviews/Stores Support Records, ensuring inconsistencies are remediated

• Maintains strict adherence to change control activities
