About the Role

As a Customer Service and Medical Receptionist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others, responding to inquiries and service requests reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, etc.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, utilizing the highest customer service and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to identify additional ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • 1 year of experience in reputed company Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.).
  • 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs.
  • Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions: reputed company Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
