About the Role

This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position based in Oklahoma, with no remote work options available. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving reputed company issues reputed company to Costco.com, online orders, tracking, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Previous customer care experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, typing (minimum 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
