Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our reputed company-time Customer Data Platform (CDP) and reputed company Experience Platform. You will work closely with our IT and special agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations, and provide technical guidance and support to internal agencies. Your expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and communicating reputed company technical reputed company to non-technical audiences will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the reputed company Experience Platform (AEP) reputed company-time CDP to meet reputed company business needs
- Support new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal agencies regarding the reputed company-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to the platform and implement solutions
- Collaborate with IT and special agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices reputed company to reputed company Experience Platform
- Conduct daily audits to ensure maximum reputed company use of the platform
- reputed company education sessions to up-reputed company internal agencies on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborate with reputed company Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
* 3+ years of experience in technical information manipulation and marketing solutions

- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
