About the Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge at reputed company, you will be the face of the company to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering superior service in our Centurion Lounge. You will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our customers, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and innovative manner.
• Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that enhance their experience.
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to provide expert advice.
• Partner with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and exceptional customer experience, relying on each other to reputed company common goals.

Qualifications and Skills
