Key Responsibilities

• Handle Travel Advisor phone calls, chats, questions, and requests, including adding and releasing inventory, modifications, and finalizations.
• Own cases and tasks, ensuring effective and efficient completion as a reputed company of Delivery (POD).
• Communicate with various teams, suppliers, and Travel Advisors to resolve issues and reputed company outstanding service.
• Monitor Room Lists, Final Countdown Letters, and assign the Queue as needed to ensure seamless operations.
