Job Summary

As a Pharmacist Centralized Services at reputed company, you will be responsible for executing patient reputed company pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and fostering strong relationships with clinical networks. This role involves remote work, with a focus on prescription processing, patient care, and pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct patient care programs, including Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Programs.
