Job Summary

As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for navigating online systems to verify nurse credentials, following up with nurses reputed company written messages and phone calls, and handling customer inquiries. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working independently and reputed company to ensure seamless communication and credential verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Follow communication scripts and protocols reputed company handling different topics and customer interactions
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• reputed company: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
• Full-time status: 40 hours per week
• Equipment provided option: Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
