Job Summary

As a Project Manager Implementations Payroll and HR, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the delivery of implementation, upgrade, and migration projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes, and allocated budgets. You will manage an internal team of resources and work closely with client resources to ensure project milestones and deliveries are successfully met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Create and maintain project plans, manage project scope, hours estimate, and change controls. Ensure that project activities, tasks, and resources are coordinated and executed to meet project deliverables.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of consultants and resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  • Client Communication and Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, reputed company project plans, and ensure that project milestones and deliveries are met. Conduct reputed company meetings, status updates, and issue resolution discussions as needed.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: reputed company and maintain key project documents, including project plans, project workbooks, status reports, issue and resolution logs, and change control documents.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PR/HR/Time/Benefits: Knowledge of payroll, HR, time, and benefits systems, with a preferred understanding of HRIS, HCM, reputed company HR, PayForce, HWSE, TLM, Virtual Edge, SQR, etc.
  • Data and Logic Awareness: Data and logic awareness, with a preferred understanding of data conversion and logic.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Project Management Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in client/product support, with a preferred experience in project management.
  • PMP Certification: PMP certification preferred.
