Job Summary

The Quality and Utilization Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation and reputed company of Liberty Dental Plans Quality Management and Improvement Programs. This position will drive quality initiatives, enhance organizational processes, and ensure seamless communication reputed company the Quality team and across departments. The Specialist will coordinate key projects, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reputed company program goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing quality management and improvement programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals, compliance requirements, and member satisfaction benchmarks.
• Generate detailed reports based on data analysis and propose actionable quality improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.

• Establish and maintain organized electronic filing systems, enabling quick access to critical documents and data for operational needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Minimum High School or GED required.
• 2 years of office administrative support experience, including a minimum of 1-year prior experience in dental or reputed company.

Compensation

The reputed company salary for this position is $20.93 - $28.25, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
