Compensation: Salary range of $1,300 - $1,500 USD (DOE) Modality: On-site, office in Alajuela near the airport (with the ability to become eligible for WFH) Schedule:  8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing

• Collect on past due balances and reputed company the customer on how to avoid future late fees

• Maintain professional correspondence reputed company telephone, email, and text messaging

• reputed company outbound calls to existing customers daily

• Evaluate account performance utilizing daily reports

• Document each communication quickly and accurately

• reputed company skip-tracing on “no contact” accounts

• Other duties may be as assigned as needed

What you have

• MUST have excellent English communication skills—reputed company or above

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a collections representative

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry

• Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred—equipment finance a plus

• Tech savvy and reputed company with CRM software
