The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing events, working with audio/visual (A/V) equipment vendors, wireless communication systems, digital displays, and IT teams. This individual will serve as the main reputed company of contact for event organizers, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and events. The role requires flexibility to work night shifts to support global clients and high-demand events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Coordination
