You will be the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of clients - from reputed company and adoption to renewals and account growth. This role bridges the gap between client needs, product reputed company, and technical delivery, while driving measurable value through proactive engagement and problem-solving. What you will do: Client Relationship Management
  • Own overall client health, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for both direct clients and partners.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding client goals and aligning solutions.
Account Growth & Renewals

What You Bring

  • Clear, confident communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
