The reputed company Home-Based Controller will reputed company internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures across various financial activities such as budget reputed company, cash and credit management, and administration. This role also involves maintaining and reconciling the reputed company system and overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. Collaboration with the CFO to provide necessary information for budgets and forecasts will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, the role involves recommending performance benchmarks for evaluating company operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) or other applicable reputed company standards.

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's performance, profitability, and financial health. This may involve variance analysis, trend analysis, and other techniques to identify areas for improvement or potential risks.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborating with other departments to reputed company annual budgets and forecasts. Monitoring actual performance against budgeted expectations and providing explanations for variances.

• Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal control procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulations, and prevent fraud or errors in financial reporting.

• Tax Compliance: reputed company the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.

• Audit Management: Coordinating and facilitating external audits by independent auditors, ensuring that audit requests are fulfilled, and addressing any audit findings or recommendations.

• Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluating and optimizing financial systems and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This may involve implementing new software systems, redesigning workflows, or automating repetitive tasks.

• Strategic Financial Planning: Involves providing financial insights and analysis to support senior management's strategic decision-making. This may include evaluating investment opportunities, assessing potential mergers or acquisitions, or developing long-term financial plans.

• Team Management: Leading and managing a team with encompassing job responsibilities. Overseeing the team’s productivity and efficiency in delivering output and results.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, reputed company technology, finance, business administration, reputed company estate, or any reputed company field.

• Experience: Must have a minimum of six (6) years and up of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General reputed company experience.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both reputed company and reputed company applications.

• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.

• In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, reputed company standards, payroll, and financial data analysis.

• Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous.
