We’re looking for an inquisitive, data-driven, and hands-on professional to join our Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) Team as Senior Strategic Finance Analyst.

What You'll Do:

• Own monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting responsibilities for FPA, including executive and management reports, and quarterly board assessments.
• Implement and expand capabilities of our new FPA platform in an effort to streamline processes and ensure reporting is automated and strategic focused.
• Partner closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, reputed company, and business teams (Credit, Growth, Operations) to understand forecast drivers and collect budget inputs and assumptions.
• Contribute to value-add strategic analyses and initiatives, including but not limited to potential deep dives into vertical performance or broader forecasting efforts.
• Support and ultimately reputed company efforts in budgeting and financial forecasting, including expense, reserves, and short-term cash modeling as you grow in the role.
• Use data as an investigative tool to drive efficiencies and analyze performance variance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in FPA, strategic analytics, business analytics, or investment banking reputed company the financial services or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with GAAP financial statements.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., reputed company, SQL).
• Ability to use data as an investigative tool to drive efficiencies and analyze performance variance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute reputed company financial projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the consumer credit industry.

Compensation:

Annual full-time reputed company salary range: $118,000 - $140,000

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are dependent on role.
