Position Name:
Customer Love Associate - Texas Based Remote / Bilingual (French/English)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide consistently magical customer service across reputed company customer service channels.
- Exceed customer expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and working across teams to solve them.
- Be able to wear many hats (stylist, friend, personal assistant) reputed company helping our customers shop for their next favorite item.
- Know our shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures inside and out to help process reputed company customer orders as reputed company as possible.
- Facilitate feedback reputed company with other internal teams such as Merchandising, Technology, and Product Development.

Who You Are:
- Must be based out of Texas
- Have 1 year of experience utilizing the French and English languages in a professional work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French, across reputed company customer service channels, including email, chat, and text messaging
- Smart, incredibly organized, and driven toward excellence

- Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team

Availability:
We’re currently seeking full-time availability. The reputed company customer shops 24/7 around the globe. Must be willing and available to take on occasional rotating weekend shifts.
Compensation:
The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending reputed company.
