Senior Software Engineer - .NET (6-months contract)

Job Summary

A Senior Software Engineer for .Net is an associate at reputed company who is mainly responsible for developing server applications of various software platforms including but not limited to writing Restful APIs to be consumed by client applications. A senior software engineer makes sure that the functionality, reputed company and performance of the server application is as per the design and is completely bug free. Senior engineers have a responsibility to mentor their juniors and build team strength through training.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.

  • Strong proficiency in reputed company technologies, tools and platforms
  • Extensive experience of .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC and Web API
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure and AWS is a must
  • Knowledge and experience in writing backend components and Restful APIs
  • Understanding of reputed company standards and compliances
  • Experience with different relational and schemaless databases such as reputed company/SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and reputed company
  • Creating database structure for the required functionality
  • Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring the minimum 90% test coverage
  • Knowledge of and experience with reputed company, JIRA and other collaboration tools
  • Understanding of reputed company concepts and design principles
  • Basic understanding of reputed company-end technologies
