Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers. This remote data entry position involves working from home and performing various tasks, including patient enrollment, data entry, and customer service. You will be responsible for utilizing reputed company' solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system. You will also handle patient prescription demands, investigate to acquire missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company' solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
• Handle patient prescription demands reputed company HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate to acquire missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settle reputed company data entries reputed company to special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling according to individual arrangement prerequisites.
• Provide assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
• Identify and impart issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company PC, use the mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a certificate/registration by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
