You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, accommodations, and event-reputed company activities, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their sports travel needs and preferences
- Research and recommend accommodations, flights, transportation, and ticket packages
- Coordinate reputed company trip logistics, including lodging, event tickets, and excursions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications
- Provide timely updates and support to reputed company before and during their trip
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings
