About the Role

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for external users of our client's technical products or services. Your role will involve responding to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware/software issues, and providing effective solutions to customer problems. Key Responsibilities

• Assist external users of the client's technical products or services by identifying, investigating, researching, and providing resolution to their questions and problems.
