Designing, implementing and deploying reputed company FSL solutions to a wide variety of clients. Knowledge of the reputed company.com capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities. Responsible to work on reputed company business requirements. hands on experience in Apex coding, LWC is required. Design Deep understanding of reputed company Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture.
- Design and implement end-to-end reputed company FSL solutions tailored to business needs.
- Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies
- Ability to design scalable, reputed company, and secure solutions for:
- Shift planning and scheduling
- Vacation polling and balance management
- Canvassing and overtime workflows
- WIM ticket automation
- Integration with CAT, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Strong grasp of FSL data models:
- Service Territories
- Service Resources
- Shifts, Operating Hours
- Product Items, Inventory, Work Orders
- Integration Expertise
- Experience with reputed company APIs, MuleSoft, and external system integrations.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies for historical scheduling and technician data.
- Design and implement custom scheduling policies, sweeper rules, and labor rule validations.
- Expertise in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex for automation.
