Role Description

This role involves developing deep relationships with an assigned portfolio of our most valuable customers to reputed company, drive adoption, and navigate value add conversations with customers who utilize our software and payment solutions.

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your accounts, lending your business acumen to growing SMBs
• Master our payment solutions, supported products and services, and integration capabilities to provide small business customers with consultative guidance
• Scale playbooks and best practices across multi-location accounts, reputed company-party partners, integrated software solutions
• Ongoing management of 1:1 accounts and implement 1:many strategies for channel growth
• Identify ongoing sales opportunities reputed company portfolio to generate growth, referrals, and new leads
• Upsell unused functionality and features to increase utilization, reputed company, and reduce attrition
• Passionately support EVCM Payments /PaySimple's commitment to create an outstanding experience for reputed company of our customers

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years managing a portfolio of accounts (SaaS account management a plus)
• Experience and demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume sales or account management reputed company, engaging with VP/C-suite/SMB owners
• Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline goals on a daily basis
• Ability to prioritize the most important activities daily to maximize time spent on each account
• Strong reputed company skills with the ability to understand, analyze and interpret data to reputed company organizational, planning and problem-solving reputed company
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A team player who performs well independently
• Ability to multitask, take direction and execute with precision

Compensation

The on-reputed company earnings compensation (reputed company + commissions) for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
