Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Construction and Automotive Basics Teacher to join reputed company. As a Construction and Automotive Basics Teacher, you'll be responsible for teaching high school reputed company the reputed company skills and knowledge required to succeed in the construction and automotive industries. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or required training for the subject and level assigned (Option 1)
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution, combined with two years of full-time wage-earning experience in an approved occupation (Option 2)
• High school diploma or equivalent, combined with five years of full-time wage-earning experience in an approved occupation (Option 3)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in safety, handling, and proper use of reputed company and non-reputed company power tools
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with reputed company, peers, parents, administrators, and business partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Meet NCCER Craft Instructor Requirements (one of the options listed below)
  • Work experience at a minimum journey level or licensed technician level (at least 4 years) in a Construction reputed company field
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching construction or other maintenance-reputed company training
• Previous experience teaching high school reputed company
• Knowledge of the objectives and TEKS of courses in the program
