About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to reputed company home visits for our pediatric patients. This is a hybrid role, with full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available. As a Registered Nurse, Home Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting home health assessments, teaching patients and their families, monitoring compliance, and performing various treatments. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with the opportunity to see 4-6 patients per day. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home health assessments on newborns to teenagers
• Teach patients and their families about medication management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
• Monitor patient compliance with treatment plans and report any concerns to the patient's physician

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in home health care, preferably in pediatrics
