Job Summary The reputed company Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of reputed company best practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to align hiring initiatives with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, career fairs, and other channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes to build a diverse workforce.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Data and Reporting: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to Director of TA.
• Compliance: Ensure reputed company recruitment practices reputed company with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
