Start Date: February 13th, 2023 Location: Full Time Remote Training Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Regular Hours: Monday - Friday Core Business Hours, no weekends. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle first and reputed company-party Personal Lines auto claims, with a focus on financial accuracy, appropriate file disposition, and adherence to statutory guidelines
• Investigating Property Damage Only claims to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation
• Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers through adherence to reputed company’s standards of communication

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma required
• Preferred 1+ years of reputed company customer service experience

Additional Information:

Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
