Manager, reputed company Pharmacy Performance & Profitability Management

Position Summary This is a key strategic role supporting performance and profitability on the reputed company pharmacy team by driving high-performance pharmacy management across reputed company reputed company lines of businesses. This position will provide technical and execution support to a director and collaborate with the strategy & operations and cross-functional teams to identify drivers of performance changes and reputed company correction plans as needed. Responsibilities include:

• Support reputed company-wide initiatives by assessing their impact on reputed company and providing data-driven insights to assist in valuation and strategic alignment

• Apply project management/organizational skills to execute financial process improvements or correction plans and communicate succinctly to cross-functional workgroups
• Assist in tracking and communicating pharmacy and Medical Rx financial performance to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Finance, and Product to deliver insights and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or other data-driven roles reputed company the pharmacy or health insurance industry
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and use multiple data sources to assess and reputed company business strategies
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate with experts from other teams to reputed company understand issues/drivers and how/why the impact may differ by line of business

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
