Job Summary
We are seeking full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in reputed company. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls from new and existing business clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from new and existing business clients regarding various requests
- Providing accurate and timely information about blithequark's products and services
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Documenting customer interactions and tracking call types
- Maintaining support service levels and upholding Customer Service standards
- Owning follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
- Taking inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
- Performing reputed company other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
- Medical-reputed company background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
- A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure reputed company dealing with difficult customer situations
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks reputed company
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and reputed company)
