You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Resources, Psychology, or reputed company fields — or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing or reputed company technical talent across global markets.
• Mastery in candidate research and sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search and market mapping.
• Proficiency in reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, with advanced knowledge of search strings, filters, and pipeline management.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company AI, HireEZ, SeekOut, or similar) to expand reputed company, improve efficiency, and uncover hidden talent.
• Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies and the ability to navigate diverse technical talent pools.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to distinguish highly skilled developers from average talent.
• Proactive approach to finding talent through online communities, tech events, and professional networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company Suite, ATS).

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities
