About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers and sales team, providing timely and accurate support to ensure seamless order processing, issue resolution, and account management. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, logistics, finance, and marketing event teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage difficult customer situations, responding promptly to resolve customer needs and concerns
• Respond to customer and sales team requests for service and assistance, meeting timelines and commitments
