Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior Statistics Architect to spearhead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer methodology. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our new Voice of the Customer process, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by reputed company. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and our Agile Technology team to drive this initiative reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in Voice of the Customer methodologies.

• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate reputed company data processing and standardized metric definitions.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels and use case degrees.
• Provide recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
• Drive customer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate reputed company tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, reputed company, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in collaborating with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
